“So I bumped up Scottsbluff Hertz this time. Flew in to Nebraska from Denver right after the recent blizzard which shut down the airlines and car rental for 3 days. When I picked up my car the manager drove it around to the front for me and it was warmed up and ready to go!”

“Needed to arrange a rental for Saturday when the location is closed. Spoke to Kevin (the manager) and even though they were overbooked he made it work out and kept me posted during the process. I use Enterprise all over the country and this level of service is not normal. Only a few locations would get five stars from me. This is one of them. Hope upper management reads this and if you don't recognize and reward these extra efforts you will end up with employees who just show up for a paycheck.”
