I visited the Cricket store in Scottsbluff Nebraska and had the great pleasure of being helped by Wes. This young man gives OUTSTANDING service and was very informative when I asked questions and had NO problem doing his job with a positive attitude.Nowadays that's hard to find. He gives superior customer service and I am super impressed.Now, the reason for only 3 stars, I purchased a set of earbuds which I am completely happy with (now,) but at first I thought I might need to exchange them.Once I got home I was having what I believed to be technical issues with the speaker in the right earbuds. Turns out it was the video I was watching and not the earbud.When I inquired about how to handle it, If in fact I did need to exchange it, (since it had only been under 24 hours,) I was told that while there is a 7-day return policy in place for cell-phones that have issues, that there is a ZERO day policy on returns or exchanges on products bought EVEN IF THEY ARE FAULTY! WHATTT????Wes, went out of his way to offer to look at them and any other issues I might be having but that his hands were tied to help me if the earbuds are faulty. MAJOR FAIL CRICKET!!Why on EARTH would anyone EVER GIVE YOU MONEY for a product that is already overpriced, but now you don't even guarantee your products for at the very least, an exchange if defective?I WILL NEVER purchase an item at cricket wireless outside of my phone again and I HIGHLY advise others think twice before doing so as well. Wal-mart and Amazon offer the same stuff for cheaper AND offer guarantees.This is something that corporate needs to look at, especially since you WANT your employees to sell your products and services! Sounds like a "rigged" employee incentive commsion system, where you're setting your employees up for failure.It sure seems that someone (corporate) wasn't thinking about quality customer service with THAT policy!Overall Wes and the customer service I received was TOP NOTCH and deserves an A+. But when it comes to hidden policies and unspoken final purchases....F.

Very professional, received great customer service and support! All questions were answered accordingly. We spent 5 years going through Verizon, not worth it. Aside from great customer service, acceptable and affordable prices were presented.

Updated my preview of the store. The store manager Nicole, runs the place like it's her own, opens and closes when she feels like it. Hard to get things done when this is the ONLY cricket store in this area.

My husband went in for a phone case and was eligible for a discount but for some reason they couldn't apply it on his purchase because the system wasn't working. Had to go buy one at verizon.

I ordered a new phone & number transfer from my current carrier 2/27 or 28. They sent an email requesting old carrier's account number. I sent it. Next day Cricket cancelled my order. I reordered online, again submitted previous account number. Same thing. So I called. Spoke with someone who said she would put the order in for me. & I would have new phone in 24hrs. Nope. Called again, held 25 minutes got a rep. I asked for supervisor. Held 45mind & was told they would call back. Someone did call from warrenty dept. No idea why I was transferred to him. He checked warehouse for me, order not received. Got a 3rd email that my order was cancelled.
