It's been almost five years and a couple spinal surgeries since I've had my nails done.... I'm not a newbie, but it's been a minute.
Tech was incredibly rude. Couldn't be bothered to answer or really respond to any questions and God forbid my finger twitched! Eyes rolled, big bothered exhale.... like OMG!
WOW.... it's OK dude, sorry you're having a shitty day. Not my fault, but ok. Thanks for troubling yourself and taking my money. You're so welcome! Hope it helps you buy a better attitude, I know the guy who worked to pay you for that has never had hands as pretty and soft as yours 😘😊

I live in AZ, and whenever I am home, I take my 80-year old mom in for a mani-pedi. Julie has always done a beautiful job of getting us scheduled. This time, I was able to talk my 81-year old dad into going for a pedi. Both of them have toenail issues and the technicians here are always so gentle with both of them. My mom’s toes and hands look gorgeous … and my dad’s feet.. they look brand new and healthy! . Thank you Daisy Nails; truly above and beyond today ❤️

I tried and tried to reach you when ran into horrible road construction. Left voice mail, text message. Once I arrived is when I was told you gave my appointment away. I don’t blame you for giving to walk in, have to keep people on schedule. When I did arrive you stated you got my text, yet you never responded to me, nor answered my calls despite the phone sitting next to you! Customer service is… yes, sorry you’re late. We will need to reschedule, here are the times available… it’s my fault for being late. Please meet your customers half way and offer alternate times. My advice to customers… leave early to get there, you never know what will happen between locations. For myself, I will not return.

Prices on the site, and even on the phone call, were not the same so be warned! Didn't get the same treatment as the other two people I went in with, nails were crooked on hands and toes. One of the other customers said the lady kept stabbing him with the tool. Overall, not the best experience.

Don't fall for the online scheduling offered by their website. It isn't the schedule that they use. If you are traveling looking to find a little self-care this isn't the place to book.
Even if you schedule an appointment through their website they won't honor it.
Business Tip: if you don't use the scheduler on your website, then update your website to the scheduler you do use or don't list a scheduler and ask prospective clients to call the salon to make their appointment.

My daughter and I had our nails done there a week ago. I had long natural nails that I previously had gel polish on (from a different place) and decided to go with the same thing and that was a mistake. My nails are breaking off and so thin. The same day we had them done my daughter’s polish was already coming off. I would not recommend this place at all. I’m super disappointed because I heard such good things about them.

The lady that did my pedicure kept giving me dirty looks throwing things and got very upset because I wanted just a basic pedicure. Very rude and disrespectful

Julia insulted my fingers, blamed the nails looking bad on the shape of my fingers. Had her remove them and it was nothing but disgusting behavior from her. She was rough and scratched me. I do not recommend spendings your hard earned money at this dump.

Julie is the worst nail tech I've ever been to. She was rude when I went back with concerns. I tried to be friendly about it, but she made every excuse on how it was my fault they looked awful. Then scratched me five times during the removal. Should have went to magic.... lesson learned.
