I called Ally and in 2 hours I had a whole new set delivered and set up. The awesome drivers were even kind enough to take my old set out and move some furniture for me. Who does this?!? “I went to Scottsbluff Verizon location on 11/5/2022 to purchase new phone. The representative that assisted me was Andrea. Andrea did a amazing job determining which phone would best suit me. I have a bad history breaking phone screens. Andrea was able to get me the correct phone case where the case was higher then the screen to prevent screen breakage. My overall experience was a 5 star plus experience, because Andrea listened to my concerns and was able to get the correct phone package to meet my needs.”
