This company is the absolute worst. Customer service is terrible. They’re incapable of following basic instructions. They delay processes, which should be quick and easy. They take zero accountability for their mistakes and forced the consumer to advocate for themselves.

Freedom mortgage is by far the worst mortgage company I have ever worked with in my life. I have tried to refinance to get away from this horrid company only to be sold back to them. They are a telemarketing company masquerading as a mortgage company!
