“I'm visiting from Texas for work for a few weeks. This is by far the best Anytime Fitness I've ever been to. I've been a member since 2022 and have been to multiple AF from Texas, florida, Japan, Hawaii and none of them compare to this gym. No Mickey Mouse or bs equipment, every piece of equipment here has it's real use it's a gym by people who actually lift! I wish all AF were like this one 👍”

Like he has mentioned before “It’s not a race” and that really shows his support in teaching, coaching, and training for the ones that are beginning and for the ones that have been with him longer. He cares for each individual that walks into this gym!

“I enjoy going to the YMCA a lot of mornings to go swimming. It's not crowded in the mornings and it just feels wonderful! They do have a large workout room but swimming is my go-to so if it's yours come swim in the mornings from 5:00 to 8:00am”
