I saw Jasmine. She's very sweet. But we visibly and verbally agreed to take about 2 inches of hair to make it healthy and she probably took 4 or 5. I am so sad. My hair was past my waist and now it's barely under my breast ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
The chair was turned so I couldn't see what she was doing to try and stop her, I didn't even see what she took until she turned me around to do my face framing layers. Will never go back. The fruit photo is my hair before 2nd photo is today

I had called (using Wyoming Relay Services), asking for a possible appointment for myself and my friend. We're both deaf. The individual was rude and continued to hang up on us. Will not be returning and will not recommend.
