“Recently relocated from Boston, Massachusetts to the Scottsbluff area. Valentine’s Day was approaching, so I decided to buy myself a ring! I scoured the internet and popped into a few jewelry stores in the area. All I found were mass produced pieces which were overpriced and unattractive. How lucky I was to find this exceptional business! When I walked through the door I was amazed by the stunning display of gorgeous quality pieces! The owner went out of his way to assist me, without being overbearing, condescending, or hurried. He was so kind, and was patient with me and even let me view the different rings I was interested in through a magnifying device. I found exactly what I had in mind!It is a little easier to purchase online, but I feel jewelry is very personal. I appreciate the personal experience I encountered here.The ring I bought is so beautiful and someday my granddaughter will inherit it. I feel happy that she will have something that was purchased not from who knows where, but from a lovely family business. It’s very important to support local businesses, if you are considering making a jewelry purchase I highly recommend this wonderful, one of a kind store!”

“Riddle’s Jewelry in Scottsbluff is great. I had lost a post from a pair of diamond stud earrings. They had to order specially for the screw type post that would fit. And they gave me three new ones. Also, I had a Black Hills gold watch which I had purchased in Rapid City many years ago. it needed repair which they did. But when the watch was returned, one of the small gold leaves on the face of the watch had come loose. So they sent it back to have it fixed at no charge. When I bring in jewelry which I purchased at Riddle’s in to be cleaned and checked, they are always willing to clean and check other pieces of jewelry that I have at no charge. Staff is always courteous and helpful and very much appreciated.”
