Tough! This WAS always such a awesome store to visit and inquire about speakers/subs. Walked in today for the first time in 10 years (6/9/23). Recently purchased a car and needed to see what stock they had.Walking in: Terrible greeting by the unknown (longer hair hat) rep. He was with another gentleman, so I assumed he was in a conversation. He stopped talking to him to ask if I was just looking. I let him know that I needed 6X9 and 6.5” component speakers. He let me know they had no stock, maybe some JL C1’s. When I asked the price he gave me two wildly different answers. He did not attempt to verify the price. I asked if I could order or when others would be in stock. He said they are waiting for them with no follow up about when/what or any other information about the speakers he did have in stock. It was pretty clear he did not want to have a conversation about much.Hopefully Andy is still around, he was always an amazing guy to work with and would answer all questions. I even had a Midwest sticker on my car in HS to support this once great local business.I suggest using crutchfield/Amazon (with research on what you’re buying). I unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

I made an appointment only to be told it was going to take 16 hours. I was originally told it would take 4 hours. Also the person working there showed up 30 minutes late. I would stay away from this business if you can. Didn’t seem like they wanted my business.

Had a couple things installed in my car from Midwest. My experience was great, they always answered the phone after the many times I called, took care with my car, took payment over the phone and allowed me to leave my car there til I could get it. It was awesome, so thank you Midwest.

Jake is very nice...and he is very good at what he does. Patient and friendly with older customers and seems very popular with everyone while i was there. We are pleased with the head unit and speakers purchased for the price.

Only dealt with them for a breathalyzer. Owner would assume much rather have his teeth yanked than to help. Extremely run out times for task at hand. Always asks me to come back when he's not there. Worst shop experience. His hired helper has me in and out before I could write a message like this. (Writing this as I'm waiting). Would *barely* recommend for one time stops.
