We lost our air conditioner blower motor in 102 degree heat on our way to Scottsbluff. Kellian responded immediately to my panicked phone call and fit us in first thing the next day. He fixed the immediate problem and identified and fixed the cause by that afternoon. Thanks to Kellian we left on schedule the next morning. We cannot praise Miller's Auto enough for taking great care of transient customers.

Very disappointed in the fact that I advised them of my window being off track and not rolling back up once rolled down. I was not called to be informed that they were replacing a part and how much it would be. When I arrived to pick up I was then told of cost of part and labor, I paid. Before leaving parking lot tested window and it only rolled down halfway and took a few tries before rolling up. Left vehicle with them and the next day was to pick up, they were going to charge me another $125 for putting the window back on track. I asked to speak to the person who worked on the window, it was not the owner, I advised him that I had told them in the first place that it was off track and needed fixed, I was rudely cut off and told that it was late in the day and that he didn't want to talk and that they would not charge me the added labor.

Beyond awesome. They screwed back a cover (for what?) under my car, right then while I waited. Then, they charged me nothing to fix it.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited for a repair appointment, ever. I own one vehicle, and am in school, so it’s super important I keep a running vehicle. I spoke to Kevin, and am dropping my Crown Victoria off today for gas tank replacement and a few other things, and can’t say enough about this place. Kevin is super knowledgeable, attentive, answered all my questions, and I have 1000% confidence, I’m in good hands. I believe I’ve found a go to shop, for any future repairs !!!!!
