“Walmart honored the warranty on a battery that I had for less than a year that had gone bad. They were able to exchange it with a new battery completely free of charge. It wasn’t necessarily speedy, but I’m happy that it got done. They don’t offer many services though, like replacing the alternator, and so this may not be the best place for more complex motor vehicle needs you have.”

“So I had some issues with a different company breaking a couple studs off my front tire. I was referred to Russell's to have the issue fixed and let me tell you.... I will most definitely be coming back for all my mechanical needs from now on. Not only are they compassionate and understaning, but they go out of their way to help!! And then when I jump into my truck, they left the most beautiful flower to come back to. ? This kind gesture just topped the cake!! Thank you all!!”
