I have purchased many items at below eBay pricing for used items. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I have always been asked if I need help when in the store. It seems many poor reviews are from those who don't feel they were offered a fair price for their used items. Pawn shop customers expect low prices for used merchandise therefore the store must buy low in order to sell low. People seem to have unrealistic expectations about the worth of used items. I shop here frequently and enjoy it each time.”
