I recently took my mom shopping at the Honda dealership and had a great experience working with Dominic. We're on the hunt for a specific combination of features, so we haven’t found the perfect vehicle just yet—but Dominic has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. He’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and takes the time to track down answers to any questions you might have about vehicles on the lot. There’s no pressure—just genuine, friendly support. Highly recommend working with him if you’re car shopping!

Took my Jeep there for an oil change and tire rotation on 12/04/24. On 12/06/24 I noticed a large puddle of oil under my Jeep and took it back there to figure out what was going on and it was discovered that the tech that changed my oil failed to tighten the drain plug, causing the leak. I was supposed to go on an out of town trip that was canceled last minute and this could have resulted in major damage to my vehicle if this would not have been discovered. Not happy and won't be going back there for any service work!

Was contacted about recall warranty work for my Honda van. Took it in this morning and had service writer Matt and the technician was Andrew W work on it. Received back with everything from the center console thrown in the back (kids dvds, water bottle, etc) my kids car seats were torn out upside down, and just left that way. It was returned looking like it was broken into. Contacted service manager and got no response. Overall bad experience and the disrespect to my vehicle and possessions was unacceptable. Will not be returning for any further services/purchases.

The first honorable dealer service center I’ve been to in the 45 years I’ve been driving! My transmission light came on when I was driving back to South Dakota. They were the only shop in town that was able to squeeze me in to diagnose the problem and advise me if I would be able to get home without damaging it further. They gave me a full picture of what was going on with my car and the quickest way to get it fixed , since they did not have the part in stock. They gave me an estimate on what they would charge me to fix it if I was able to get the part elsewhere and bring it back with me. They also gave recommendations and cautions of where to take it in towns closer to my home.
I would definitely go out of my way to utilize their services in the future. It’s rare to find knowledgeable, honest, customer focused mechanics!!

I had to have an oil change, and when they serviced my car, they accidentally broke the cabin filter. They told me about it and said they had ordered a new one and would call me when it came in so it could be replaced. They called within a week, and I went down to get the new one on. That was really nice of this dealership to inform me about it and replace it, no charge. If it had been in Denver or somewhere else, I'm not sure they would have told me about it, and I really would have never known. It's nice to see some honesty at a dealership. Thanks guys.

Absolutely love the car I purchased. However the dealership needs to work on customer service. I felt like a number, and once the deal was done I was quickly passed to another salesperson. Usually you will get a follow-up on how you are enjoying your new purchase, not this dealership. Overall this is probably a good dealership, but they need to re-train a few of their sales staff. Note to dealership, If a car salesperson makes you feel like your experience was positive one, you will have a repeat customer.

I prefer to bring my DODGE to this Honda location. The excellent service writers and technicians actually communicate the processes and time frames, which is extremely important to me. 10/10 recommended!

Their service manager was such a lousy individual. Wouldn't let you get a word in edgewise. Extremely rude. Tried to take advantage of my sister by quoting her a unnecessary job that they suggest she needed. I wouldn't waste my time here.

Don't take your vehicle here to get stuff fixed. Had a 2000 dollar ac compressor replaced in 2020 with a brand new part and it's failed on me in 2 years now I'm suppose to pay another 2000 dollars to fix it they won't help at all. Strongly advise not taking your stuff here they are scam artists and don't know what they are doing. All about the dollar. And might I add I was without my car for 2 months due to parts issues
