Theybsaid I probably had to mud dirt under my car so they refused to wash it. They couldn't see under my car but said they were guessing. They said for me to go to a self serve car wash then come back and they would was the car. Why on earth would I pay to wash my car just to go back and pay a 2nd time to wash the car. Will not be returning

My sisters car went in the car wash and came out with a broken window. They were unwilling to do anything about it. Instead asked her not to tell anyone or me so they don’t lose business over it. They asked her to talk to me to get me to continue my membership. After talking to other people this is not the first incident at their car wash. I would never trust their car wash with my car.

Very very welcoming!! Their locally owned also. Staff is helpful and also will hand dry if needed afterwards. Vacume area is kept very clean also

Always a great experience! The people are helpful and hard workers. Have been asked almost every time if I’m satisfied or if they can do anything to make it a better experience! Saw a long line of cars when I pulled up and thought I would be there forever but it actually went super fast!

Love this car wash. It doesn't leave any bugs or dirt. They furnish clean drying towels, and the manager checks with you after your car is washed to make sure your pleased.

This is an exceptional car wash! Very high quality at an affordable price. Mike and his team have amazing customer service, making it a great place to get your car clean! This is the best car wash in the Scottsbluff area. I highly recommend!
