This store has sucked for the past 2 years. Not sure who trains the staff but most are deadbeats that just stand there gawking at you so they can earn a free paycheck. No help, no service, poor customer interaction. They even smirk when they get the 'best' side of you even when you ask for help from an item you are looking when you actually get help but then want to argue and try to get you to buy a different item that won't work for a piece of office appliance that can't take said part, incompatible in every way. Another bad thing about their items is they're expensive. Can get stuff a lot cheaper at either Walmart (when they have it or off their website) or Amazon compared to Staples' pricing. From also hearing this from a friend. Their UPS center also sucks as it's not adequate to handle anything nor able to scan QR codes off of cellphones and yet they claim to handle any sort of packaging? Yeah, nice company indeed. Staples in this small community area absolutely sucks and they know it. If they truly want to be a proper outlet fire the whole staff and the person who trains them, lower the damn prices to actually compete with the competitors in the area and expand the UPS shipping section because with this community needing more stuff as it continues to grow this store won't last another 5 years.

It would be really nice if they wouldn't read your documents,when you have them printed out by email! a young lady stood by the printer reading my documents as they were being printed out, very nosy. I will make a comment next time that happens again.

Young guy that works up front is the rudest young man I've ever seen working anywhere. I didn't know people could keep jobs in customer care with that kind of attitude. Just moved to the area and went to the store twice - both times he was like that. I won't be going back there.

Great customer service, friendly staff, clean and organized aisles, awesome print department! I get all my printing done here and they are efficient and never have messed up my orders. They always get my orders done before the due time and are really professional!

I have had zero positive experience with purchasing Tech at this Staples. I do purchase paper and toner or at least I did. I am a local, and in the tech biz. I try very hard to support local businesses and not order from online services even when the prices are much better. In THIS STAPLES I purchased a supposedly new NIC wrapped in shrink wrap and looking new, only to open it and find hand written notes from someone else who wrote on it "BAD" I tried it, and yup bad is correct. I assume it was returned and repackaged, sold to me. I returned it to the manufacturer and they sent me a new one. I gave Staples the benefit of the doubt and went in to get an internal SSD (I needed 2). The product I wanted was an empty box on the shelf that said see Associate. Alan, the GM, apologized and said they had none in stock but would get a truck in tomorrow. I called him the next day and he apologized there were none on the truck, but he'd call me if he found them or when they came in. That was on Sunday. I waited but no call. The next Friday evening I went in to see about the drives. The Assistant Manager told me that they came in, and were sold within minutes. I've been waiting for DAYS, and this Assistant Manager stated he knew about me waiting, and he sold them anyway. his response was First Come First Serve. I was first - DAYS FIRST. When I asked if he considered this quality customer service his whole attitude was "Sucks to be you." As that Assistant Manager lacks of any kind of customer service AND the GM's Failure to call as he'd promised are representative of Staples Scottsbluff, I am changing my habits. I will order from Newegg or Amazon and purchase my paper, toner, etc elsewhere. As I am in the tech field and get asked where to buy in the area, I will be sure to let the people I serve know my experiences.

My parents went in and the assistant manager was super nice, knowledgable and took a great deal of time putting on cases, applying liquid screen covers,helped us with purchasing office chairs , job well done!

Scottsbluff's store only a 3 people working. Has to wait for General manager to walk bye to get help. This location has severely declined.

Brianna is very unprofessional and unattentive. The staff does not acknowledge their customers at copy and print. They need alot of training at this store.
