When I moved in back in 2019 the storage containers were on gravel. Then about 2 years ago water some how got into my storage container and ruined a lot of my stuff Iike furniture that I had in there some of my books that was in there and about that time the payment went up about 15 dollars and the next time I went in there I think it was about a year after or around there I saw that the container was now up on wooden bends. I think that was to keep it away from the water no one told me that my storage container had gotten water in it. So think about before you get a storage container from storage locations.

Would give more stars, if available. Excellent CS. I felt welcomed and appreciated. Great deal on pricing, with first month free. As it turns out, I only needed storage for one month (free)... no issues whatsoever. Would do business again in the future!!

I would recommend StorAul to anyone needing a storage unit. I was able to fill out all the paperwork online in less than five minutes, started moving things to storage within an hour. And move out was just as easy. Fast, friendly, and responsive!

Great experience. Did it all through my phone. Never had an issue with the lock or feeling that it was not secure. Highly recommend and would use again if I needed extra storage.

Absolutely amazing I needed a place to keep my belongings for a few months waiting on my new house 100% drying a flat level parking lot security camera so I knew my stuff would be safe. I would recommend anyone to use the storage facility.

No knowledge of unit being auctioned off, lost all my possessions at auction. Very disappointing!!! I was in contact with the actual tenant every month the locker was never tagged out for non payment and the auction not very publicized at least I can't find where they take place online. For me and my family friend who obviously encountered some sort of issue to let locker slide past what I assume is a 30 day window ($85) to without warning lose years of accumulations of property without being notified and a grace period to respond is a shifty thing to deal with and your lack of empathy I believe shows the people that may be looking for a locker what they need to know about your business.
