The Scottsbluff Viaero branch is awesome. I recently changed service from Straight Talk to them and Dominique was absolutely amazing. I had 3 phones to transfer over and her knowledge and patience with the transition was perfect. Very easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. I’d definitely recommend Viaero to anyone looking for a good reliable carrier.

My husband & I have been with Viaero for about a month now & it has been an incredible experience from the start! I went in last minute before starting my services & Dani was willing to answer any questions I had before the store closed. She even reached out to me after hours & let me know more about the process. I went back the next morning & she set up our new phones for us & the whole process was a breeze!! Even AFTER the sale, she still continued to check in. I’ve never received such OUTSTANDING customer service from any other carrier. She definitely made me feel invited to reach out to her if we have any other issues!!

They are rip-offs and my husband was with them for 10 years and they didn't even care when the covid came I give you one-star because that's what you deserve and very high interest rates never again they definitely don't care for their customers!! put their fake smile on just so they can take your money they act like they care but they don't I guarantee you will regret it!!!!!

We switched from Verizon to Viaero last week. We also purchased two new Galaxy phones at the same time. Dani was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up our phones and answering all of our questions.
