They are rip-offs and my husband was with them for 10 years and they didn't even care when the covid came I give you one-star because that's what you deserve and very high interest rates never again they definitely don't care for their customers!! put their fake smile on just so they can take your money they act like they care but they don't I guarantee you will regret it!!!!!

We switched from Verizon to Viaero last week. We also purchased two new Galaxy phones at the same time. Dani was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up our phones and answering all of our questions.

My son and I needed a couplephones swapped around. Cody Clark at the from desk was extremely Efficient and helpful and polite. Everyone at the Scottsbluff location are amazing and friendly.

I had them for about a year now and I accidentally broke my glass screen on my I phone. I have the insurance that they recommend and had to pay 100 dollars up front for the phone to be replaced. I paid the money for a new phone and the overnighted or via fed ex. Well 4 days later it finally showed up. I followed the instructions to transfer my settings via the iCloud and was successful at that but the phone keeps locking up and still does it after talking to viaero tech. Well now the phone has locked up so bad that I haven't been able to end a call twice now. So I called the insurance company that viaero uses and they want more money to get a replacement phone or send this one in then they will send me a replacement phone. I can't be without a phone for a week without a phone. I called viaero and the agent said that there is nothing they can do. So basically I'm s o l. so much for good service after the sale. I like how these corporations hide the phone numbers to the main office.
