I put my family's orders in as their SMS refill reminders come, because life's hectic. I'm sure, the sole reason for the the convenience they're 'providing'. It doesn't help that refilling with them without the SMS is a nightmare.
I received a reminder call today on a prescription waiting to be picked up, I kindly asked to verify that I still had until the 10th. The lady on the other end must have accidentally forgot to hang up before making her snippy comments. Do better. If you have stuff to say meant for behind the scenes, like most of us do, at least make sure you've got your bases covered.

Worst pharmacy in town. Slow slow service and very rude. There is one employee that just applies coupons instead of acting like it's the end of the world to help people instead of big pharma. I don't know her name though!

I have to call in prescriptions all the time here. They always sound bothered to answer the phone, will pass me off to literally any other employee despite if they can help it or not, and I've had to call in the same script multiple times to get it filled. One star is generous.

Very very rude! They talk down to their customers and treat them like it's a huge inconvenience to help. They won't ask to help you when you are at their counter, They just continue talking among themselves! Ridiculous! I wouldn't have even given 1 star if it was an option!

The manager is extremely rude acted as everything was an inconvenience and when I informed them that I needed to go out of town and really needed my medication and they acted as if it was not a big deal, followed by asking if I was going to transfer my medication somewhere else in which that was never discussed. just very poor customer service. Every time I go there the staff are extremely rude, and have no respect whatsoever for anybody .

This review is for Richie and the other female technician I visited with today. They were extremely kind, patient, and helpful as I navigated new insurance and made a trip 3x this evening to get a prescription filled. They offered me different discounts, answered my questions, and understood my frustration. They also filled my prescription quickly as they knew I was waiting for it. Really appreciate their help and kindness today after a very long Monday!

Very rude. Acted as though she didn’t want to talk to me and transferred my call while I was still talking. I called back and got a different person who was very friendly and she answered my two questions right away. Next time I will ask them for their names.

Very rude. They talk down to their customers as if they are naughty children who are asking too many questions. They act as if they are entitled to your business. Where do you all get off?
