Also, I had a Black Hills gold watch which I had purchased in Rapid City many years ago. it needed repair which they did. But when the watch was returned, one of the small gold leaves on the face of the watch had come loose. So they sent it back to have it fixed at no charge. When I bring in jewelry which I purchased at Riddle’s in to be cleaned and checked, they are always willing to clean and check other pieces of jewelry that I have at no charge. Staff is always courteous and helpful and very much appreciated.”
