“Took vehicle in to get breaks replaced because a shop in Lincoln said they needed done. Thought it was weird cuz I did them not too long ago. Hobsons told me they are good to go and will check again in a few oil changes. Honesty is a great business model and I really appreciate an honest mechanic!”

“I had a problem with the axle on a 4020 John Deere. I went into acres equipment in Seward, Nebraska and I was helped by Paul. Paul was fantastic. He went out of his way to explain several things to me that aided in the repair. I had to return to the store several times, and each time, Paul was attentive and helpful. He is a fantastic employee in the store is lucky to have him.”

“We had problems with our brakes while traveling back to Minnesota after a camping trip. They helped us out by checking things and realizing that we needed new brakes and it would be dangerous to continue on the way it was... We were back on the road within 2 hours.... Very helpful people and the work was excellent.”

“Absolutely saved us today! We are passing through on a road trip and our starter died. We were calling all over to try to get a quick today and no one else would take us. Meyer saved us and could squeeze us in. We got a tow in about 30 minutes (which from where we were, that is really fast!) We were back on the road trip by 12:30 and we called them at around 8am. AMAZING!! Highly recommend!”

“Great Customer Service and Follow Thru!- bought a set of tires for my tractor 3 years ago from an associated Farmers Cooperative in Firth and the tires started to disintegrate with obviously very little use. The Milford Cooperated stepped in and replaced BOTH the tires!
Very professional operation and exhibits the highest integrity.”

“Treated like family! While towing a loaded U-Haul trailer from Iowa to Colorado along I-80, the front-left tire wheel bearings on my Silverado shot craps. We limped along the shoulder to the next available exit where we discovered Meyer Automotive located right at the exit! As it was nearly closing time on a Saturday afternoon there was nothing that could be done until Monday. Billy Snell, the sales manager, took us under his wing and drove us to each of the three hotels in Seward until we found one with availability. The next morning (Sunday) there was a knock at our hotel door. Thinking it was the maid service, I opened the door and there was Billy with a loaner car that he brought for us to use while we were in town! My wife and I were absolutely stunned and extremely grateful.Monday morning we checked out of the hotel and went back to the dealership. Billy was there waiting for us and advised us that he already had the Silverado in the shop, but the news wasn't good. Although the necessary parts might be available by that afternoon, there were a couple of other jobs waiting in front of us and it would likely be Tuesday or Wednesday before the truck would be ready. We desperately needed to get to Denver to deliver our kid's belongings to their new home, so we began making arrangements to rent a truck that could pull the U-Haul trailer. On our way to pick up the rental truck, I got a call from Billy that he didn't want us to have to spend all that money to rent another truck, so he arranged with the service department to have our vehicle moved to the front of the service line and promised to have the Silverado ready to go by closing time that evening. True to his word, and with the amazing assistance of the parts and service department, we were back on the road at 5:30 that afternoon and arrived safely in Denver early Tuesday morning. The service we received from the staff at Meyer Automotive in Seward, NE., and from Billy Snell in particular, was nothing less than stellar. They treated total strangers like members of their family. We will never forget them.”
