Posting for my sister… who is special needs. She went in wanting shellac & the polish was still wet after leaving. It’s all thick and bumpy, now has the color on her skin. Went in to ask for refund and did not honor. Blamed it on her nails, would not recommend!

I’ve been here twice now and both times I am not happy. The first time I left and my nails already looked grown out because it wasn’t all the way to my cuticles. They had to do my original checkered design like 10 times then had me pick something else and still got that wrong. Not to mention how messy the acrylic was that was left under the nails. Second time I went they did dip when I didn’t want dip nails but it wasn’t messy this time. Problem is when I was done and paying the dude started filing my nails for some reason while I was paying and my nails were finished and it ended up messing up my top coat and they have been peeling off. One of my nails was cracked in 3 places the day I left. I’ve only had these for 4 days and am beyond mad. For spending $100+ EACH time they ought to be WAY better than this! My toes look good at least which is why I did 2 stars. Definitely won’t be coming here again. Even my friend that goes here said she isn’t going anymore because they never get what she wants correct.
