Took my car here because I was out of town and couldn’t get it started / jumped. I thought it was the starter. They said they could take a look at it. However, I didn’t hear back from them for 10 days.Once I finally heard back, I just got a voicemail that said my car was ready.I called back and they said it was a battery replacement and it was going to be $400…I was frustrated because they did not call to let me know the issue or the price. I asked the gentleman on the phone, “why is it $400 for a battery…?” And he said “yeah I know. That’s expensive….” That’s it.I could have replaced the battery myself and just paid them for the time they took to look it over and diagnose….But instead I had to pay $400 for a battery. Extremely frustrating and a ton of money. I was really disappointed and upset. When I asked the gentleman at the front office, he just said “oh, yeah…..” he wasn’t rude but didn’t apologize or acknowledge that they did messed up.Not going back. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had 4 new tires that I wanted mounted on wheels. My first stop was COOP but was told they only mount tires purchased there for "safety reasons"...lol. Hobson took in the tires at 4pm without issue. I'm not sure why anyone would go elsewhere in Seward.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They put a new engine in my 2011 chevy Silverado. They did a wonderful job and were very quick. Would definitely recommend and will continue to do business with them.
