I came in on Friday 10/24/2025 and I feel I need to report your employee Misty at this location. My boyfriend and I came in the afternoon and I was not greeted at all by Misty but my boyfriend was. Misty then started to flirt with the store manager named Cory but my boyfriend and I heard Cory tell Misty that he is not interested and to stop but Misty continued to push Cory's buttons and try and flirt with him even though she was told to stop. I know two weeks agon on a Tuesday night my boyfriend and I stopped in and Misty was trying to flirt as well with the Assistant Store Manager named Will is what it looked like by hugging and touching Will the assistant store manager. I feel like Misty is being very unprofessional and that with Misty and her flirting it's pushing away customers. I hope the store manager and district manager see this review and get rid of Misty or something as her flirting is not professional and it's making me and other customers uncomfortable to the point we won't be coming back until the District Manager handles this with Misty.

Got flat tire didn’t have a jack to fit under my car got it air up enough to make it here (which I was told they were good people that would let me borrow one to get home only 15 mins away) nope got here and a huge truck blocking the entrance asked the manager for help and he said they can’t loan anything out fine but as I’m sitting here cold cause it raining texting ppl for help just watching him loan out jumping cables for said truck blocking the entrance so if you need help don’t come here late in the evening cause the manager can help just won’t but other managers would so I’m told never coming here again and best believe I’m tell everyone not to either

I won't be shopping here anymore after how rude your employee Misty was to my daughter. My daughter had stopped by to browse for an item and Misty rubbed it into my daughter's face that Misty herself and my daughter's boyfriend got to see a more adorable dog than my daughter has and that my daughters dog needs to calm down. Misty also touched my daughter's boyfriend aka the store manager as well by tapping him on the shoulder and hugging him and I am not happy to hear this at all. I also came in recently myself and Misty was flat out rude to me and didn't provide me with good customer service at all and was fliritng with a guy customer there while I was there. Please address this ASAP as this is not professional and I won't be coming back anytime soon after how Misty treated and hurt my daughters feelings.

Absolutely amazing service. Driving down to Arizona from Minnesota, and had car troubles in Seward, Nebraska - we got towed to an O’Reilly’s near us and got blessed that William was working - helped us fix the car and took time out of his day to check on us. Super respectful and kind. In debt to him. Incredible.

The manager at the Seward O’Rileys(Cory) has gone above and beyond his job description. My grandson’s car was broke down, needing a new battery installed. After purchasing one from the Seward O’Rileys, we figured we would have to install ourselves. Cory was done with his shift, asking if we needed help with the battery, of course I excitedly said Yes. After explaining that the car was not in the parking lot but a couple miles away, he still offered to come help us. He was very polite, professional, educated and took time out of his long day to help this Grandma and show said Grandson the proper way to change out the batteries. A learning lesson for all, especially the younger generation on how to always be willing to help someone in need. We were very grateful to Cory for his kindness. May God bless him.

Dealt with Angela.All I went in for was a lug nut.I had to repeat myself numerous times on what my truck was and what I was looking for. I do feel I should not have to repeat myself three or four times on what year make and model my truck was and that part I was looking for. Where I felt.
That they weren't listening. If.
The manager reads this He can reach out.

I like to support local businesses but was Charged $75 before I could check other stores in Lincoln (assumed price was reasonable) only to find same filter for $11-16 in Lincoln.

Absolutely no one in the store for help. I hollered for someone and there was no answer. Heard the phone ringing, no one answered. After about 10 minutes I left. I did see someone by a side door outside when I was pulling out of the parking lot. Oh well, I'll order from Amazon

I had an excellent experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts today! Roger was incredibly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to assist me in getting my rotors resurfaced. He even offered to stay after closing to finish the job if he wasn’t done in time. His knowledge and positive attitude made the whole process easy and pleasant. I will definitely be coming back and hope to work with Roger again.
