Ordered 3 big ribeyes, they showed up on time and perfectly packaged.We cut then in half for two meals.Im 70 yrs old and have been eating beef all my life from many different states and producers. Never have i had a better stake! Not even close!!Eating one ofthese steakes is an experience more than just a meal. Cant wait for our next order.BUYERS beware!!!There are sellers of wagyu meat. Touting pure blood wagyu for sale and it isnt!!!They call it 100% american wagyu.American wagyu is at best 50% wagyu the other 50% could be anything even holstien!!!I have no idea why the usda allows this??It is not of the same quality as 100% fullblood wagyu.

I have not tried the beef yet, so I will update when I do. But I am starting this review because I was so impressed with the customer service. When was the last time a company called you to confirm your order and ship date?! I will definitely recommend based on customer service alone! It is refreshing to deal with a company that gets customer service is worth something! I can't wait to try the steaks! 5 stars all day, every day.

Plum Creek Wagyu Beef exceeded my expectations! From the moment I opened the box I felt like I was a "big deal"! From the personalized note to the cooking guide and then of course the beautiful cuts of beef! I followed the directions and my steak was not like any other. Plum Creek has ruined me for all other beef. From now on it's Wagyu or nothing!!! Be sure and speak to Patty, she knows her stuff and helped me pick the perfect items.

I have tried both the jerky and summer sausage and they are both fantastic! The jerky is very tender and full of great flavor. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have always wanted to try Wagyu Beef and love that it is raised here in Nebraska. Great experience and the gift boxes are beautiful!
