The team provides good support for those who are not tech-savvy. However, the store hours listed online may need updating, as they closed earlier than the posted time. Overall, it’s a welcoming place for phone needs.
Didn't want to give a bad review, but would like if they changed the time on Google to the correct time. Went in today at 6:05 and it says they're open until 7 but they closed at 6.

Today I went into the Seward store and Sarah helped me complete my transfer from my old phone to my new one. She was a whiz!!! Had it done within 30 minutes! Love this girl!! She was great!!!!
