“Love it here.. At first I didn't think I would really like it but here I am 2 years later. The property manager Dani is amazing and trusted to help everyone. At first she comes off as she's a bi**h and going to be hard to live under but really she's not she's cool, she's just amazing. The maintenance lady Sam is awesome she works her but off to make sure thing are in the right order and running right for all of us... She's awesome... and we all get along and we try to help each other just like one big family....This apartment complex is actually not a bad place to live”

“I’m not sure why these reviews are so negative. I’ve lived in Sidney Nebraska for almost four years. I lived at these apartments for the first three years of this time. When I moved, they gave me my entire deposit back and said they were sad to see me go but wished me well. The place I moved to didn’t work out. So five months later, I said I wanted to go home (back to the village apartments). They were helpful with the updating of all the paperwork. And when I was approved, they gave me a cute little welcome back card.
This company continues to update the property and they do their best to ensure their tenants feel safe.
Also, I have some great neighbors and it’s like we have our own little community. I’ll stay here until I move away from Sidney Nebraska.”
