“If you're going to break down around Sydney, Nebraska, go to Sauders Automotive and thank the Lord that's where you broke down.
Someone in Des Moines inadvertently plugged my horse trailer into the bumper rather than inside the box. I didn't catch it and at Sapp Brothers in Sydney, I turned too sharp and jerked all the wires out of the box on the trailer when I fueled up. Sapp Brothers told me to go to Sauder's Automotive and ask for Chris. I received the red carpet treatment there! Come to find out I had two places that were about to start a fire which would have caused me to lose my pickup and my trailer. Chris meticulously fixed the whole thing far better than it was when it was brand new. He was quick, and efficient, and pleasant, and personable. He took photos of everything and explained it to me so that I can go home and explain it all to my guys. Sauders is clean, has a wonderful waiting room, a clean bathroom, and all the staff were personable, friendly, and helpful. The minute you walk in you know you're in good hands. I'm sad I can only give them five stars - - because they deserve about a million!”

“Friday, June 12, 2026. Towards the end of a second, long day of travel across the US pulling our 38 foot 5th wheel RV, we experienced a blowout on a major interstate of one of the 4 tires on the RV. After changing the tire, we searched for a nearby tire store so that we could go ahead and replace the tires due to the distance we still had to travel. We found Rood’s Tire Center in Sydney, NE. We gave them a call to verify they had the tires we needed and we pulled into their shop around 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. They jacked up our trailer in their little lot and replaced all of those tires for us, and we were back on the road in no time. Great Job, Guys! We truly appreciated you that day! Would highly recommend!”

“I want to give a big thank you to Darin and all of his employees. I broke down about 10 miles south of Sidney with a random water pump failure. (Ford OEM put a plastic sprocket in it that sheared.) It threw the belt and sprayed coolant everywhere.
I’m heading to Maine from California to help get my friend’s sister and her boys into a better situation. They met me in Utah, and I’m towing about 5,000 pounds of her life behind me.
Even though Darin’s schedule was completely full, he took care of me anyway. He drove me to my hotel, got the parts that night, and one of his employees even stayed overnight to get my truck fixed. They had it ready for me in the morning and drove it back to my hotel.
