I have used this bank for over 25 years and it is still my main bank even though I no longer live in Sidney. There have been changes in employees over the many years and everyone has always been kind and helpful. I won't ever change.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star or I would give less. This is the most incompetent group of people I have ever seen much less heard of! We use thisbank to cash checks and nothing more. We will not even allow more than $10 in the account here at anytime and send our money on to our "real" bank where the people know what they are doing. Last month I waited 35 minutes in line with 1 person at the counter and the "manager?" Hiding in the back. Apparently the teller advised me the rest of the tellers had quit. Do anything you can to avoid putting your trust and hard earned money in the hands of this incompetent bank. Sidney Nebraska branch

Poor. Poor. Poor. Customer service. Have been waiting 3 weeks for replacement card. Unable to use the card I have. They never return calls like they say they will. When you do talk to them, they rush you off the phone because they can't answer your questions. Already looking for another bank. I travel for work. Tough to do without a card, but they don't care. If you're smart you'll take your money elsewhere.
