“I just wanted to say that Nadea did an amazing job when we checked in last night (8/10/26).
She was assisting a customer with a reservation that couldn’t be found and was working hard to assist them, however it was taking some time due to the complexity of the issue. While doing so, a long line of customers began forming and you could see their patience wearing thin.
Under pressure, Nadea remained calm and collected and was able to provide excellent customer service for us when it was our turn.
We’ll be sure to book here again the next time we pass through.”

“Excellent. We had a King suite nice sized. Comfortable bed lots of pillows, breakfast waffles oatmeal cereal yogurt bagels. Fake eggs 😂, sausage. The star was the excellent coffee!! Strong not bitter very delicious!
The breakfast gal, Patty I think is wonderful! Personable but not intrusive, happy and clearly Loves her job!
Fairfield Inn is the place to stay. Staff are excellent!
Steer clear of Country Inn. Trust me.
Do go get breakfast or lunch at Brooke’s place in downtown Sidney.”
