The service here is a1 very clean .. the associate’s are very nice .. thu out the store and even at the taco venue ..Taco John was very good steak nice and tender .. an older male at registrar was the sweetest..

Been sitting here in Taco John’s with my coffee, been waiting for half an hour for staff to refill the cold half n half. It’s sitting on the counter. I’ve told three staff members and the manager. My coffee is now cold. I’m a truck driver, my pleasures in life are so small. A hot coffee with half n half is so precious to me. No one is too crazy busy to throw the bags into the dispenser I’d do it myself shoot
Edit: manager has been wiping down the same countertop for what seems like ten minutes. Staff came over to put the creamer in the dispenser, just needed to trim the spout, but at this point they’re seriously taunting me. I stood by waiting patiently, watching the manager wipe and wipe. I’m holding my now cold coffee. I gave up, dumped the coffee and decided I will make my weekly fuel and stop at Sapp Bros

This has always been one of my go to Loves, but at some point they put in an ACTUAL sink and faucet for people to wash their dishes, super helpful.

Extremely pissed off! Was getting out of the shower when one of the workers knocked and open the door, Not even giving me a chance to say anything!!!!! especially being a female, but anybody would want their privacy and not to have a door open on them at a gas station when they are getting out of the shower!!!!!!!!!

Today 11/11/25 I visited Loves 5625 in Sidney Nebraska. Everything was great up until I went into taco John’s store 3052. Where I was greeted by Tom the “GM” of the Loves Store. I chose to do the transaction half cash and $.91 on a debit card in which Tom grabbed the two fives and placed them in the drawer and then I ran the debit card. I witnessed Tom not change his gloves as he went back and made my order AABP9NA6ACFE @ 2:43:16 PM. Failure to change gloves and make customers food is unsanitary and to be a General Manager as well is unacceptable. The food was discarded not worth the refund as I am a truck driver needing to deliver out of state.
