Randy's busy for a reason. He's reasonably priced, professional, friendly and he really seems to care about keeping my car in top shape. Shop is clean, well-maintained and buzzing. You won't find anyone leaning or lagging here. They're willing to answer all your questions and help you find resolutions that you can afford and make sense. Just excellence all around.

Randy seems to be a good man. At first I was frustrated with no one answering the phones. When I did get thru, it seemed like he was the only one there to do everything, so that made more sense. He couldn't do what I wanted done, but was kin enough to recommend another shop in town, I had not yet tried. Sounds like he is closing the shop for a month or so (feb-mar 2023), but I hope he gets well and comes back or happily retires.

Traveling on I-80, our check engine light came on. Being just outside of Sidney, Nebraska, we called Randy's Auto to see if he could take a look and see what the problem might be. Randy was so gracious and kind, and quickly figured it out, despite the short notice. Thank you Randy, you reminded us there are still good people in the world!

While traveling through Nebraska on our way to Omaha, the check engine light on our vehicle came on. Since we were near Sidney, I called Randy's Auto to see if he could take a look and figure out what the problem might be. Despite not having an appointment, Randy took time out of his day to diagnose the problem and send us on our way quickly. We would almost consider traveling to Sidney just to have Randy do all of our automotive work! Thank you Randy, you reminded us there are still good people in this world!

I can truly say I’ve never been taken better care of when it comes to auto repair. Every retail store I’ve ever been to could learn about customer service from Randy. I’m humbled by how he took time out of his schedule to get me back on the road again as I was traveling through to visit my elderly mother in Missouri. May just have to make this my shop even if I do have to travel here from Wyoming. Thank you so much.

The best person in this town ! He help me while I was traveling to California my car just had check engine light and first I went to Nebraska tire he was very rude and taunt at me but when I reached at Randy’s auto he was very nice and help me to resolve that issue free !!! I will rennet this person ever because I am international student!!!!
