I went in for a throttle body reset and I previously went to three different auto shops and they gave me the run around for a week and I called sauders and Chris picked up the phone I explained to him what’s the situation and he said “come on by as soon as you can and we CNA get it figure out” we got it figured out and I couldn’t ask for a better experience as a customer Thank you Chris!

Thanks for taking care of us! My 18yr old son and 2 friends were driving from UT to KY... lost a fuel pump. Dead in the water on I-80. I called a few people looking for best options to get them towed to and have work done quickly. Everyone was busy, so I get that it was a big ask to clear a bay to make room. These guys made the room and worked quickly, parts were overnighted with repairs made early the next day. They didn't know me and didn't need to make the room. The price was fair and work was done quickly. Thanks standing tall - Good dudes.

I highly recommend Sauders. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and goes out of the way to take care of their customers. My alternator died while I was on a cross-country road trip to the East Coast, but they were able to get me back on the road quickly. They even went so far as to send someone to pickup the part I needed, even though it was at another shop several hours away. These guys were really life-savers. I can't thank them enough.

On our way out to Utah, our truck started acting up, we stopped there right before closing, they checked the truck out, it needed fuel filters, they stayed & put the filters in, the price very reasonable, employees very friendly & knowledgeable- would definitely recommend them, very pleased with everything.

I had a great experience with these guys. Every driver who has broken down has 2 big fears with 2 different companies…the towing company and the mechanic garage. How much is it going to cost and how long will it take? Sauders Automotive is partnered with an awesome towing company who was there immediately and charged a very fair price, and the same with Sauders. They took care of my issue with my RV very quickly and at a very fair price. Chris was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly and even picked me up at the hotel after the work was done. I would go to these guys first every time if you break down near Sidney, NE.

Highly recommend this shop! They have helped me with my vehicle several times, definitely a customer for as long as I’m in the area!! I had to leave my car for an extended period of time and they offered a loaner car to help me get from point A to B until my car was returned to me. Chris is very helpful and kind and passionate about his job! Auto the pup is also a highlight, be sure to give him one of his treats! Again though 10/10 highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They really went above a beyond taking care of my vehicle when I broke down on I80. They were completely upfront, honest, and transparent about the issues my 4runner was facing. If I lived in the area I would be a customer for life!!

Chris who runs this is too nice ! Kept my car over night. He told me what he could do and just as importantly what he couldn’t and wouldn’t charge me. Honest, friendly service.
