I had a frustrating issue with my cell phone as I am traveling on a family trip. Devany was super helpful in troubleshooting the problem, walking me through each step and explaining why I was having the issues. I really appreciated her willingness to help as I am not a Viaero Customer. Highly recommend their service for any cell phone issues!

Spent an hour and a half at Verizon trying to figure out a plan, spent five minutes in Viaero had a phone and plan figured out plus the help was kind and knowledgeable and made everything easy! Plus it was less expensive! Thanks Viaero!

The staff in the store was not helpful. Man working there wouldn't help me with my iPhone problem. I'm a senior and not as up to the minute on all of the iPhone functions. He was very superior - made me feel not very bright - and had no interest in helping me in a friendly manner

We had problems getting our phone switched over to viero. And there was this young lady that helped us. And she was very good, and patient took her 4 days. But she got it, her name is Devany Turner She got our phones up and going. Thank you very much for your help, and she had help. Also, thank you very much. You guys are very good.

Terrible service. Can’t get anyone to come fix it. Always have to resort to phones hot spot. Try star link, or any satellite service. Save your time and a lot of money

The Sidney store is my favorite Viaero to go into. They are beyond helpful and friendly and always willing to go above what their job duties are to give great customer service.
