Impressive facility and operation. We came down for a pre-con meeting and were very impressed with Smeal's quality of work and their willingness to work with the us to get the best truck for our department.

they need hejp most of the time , and all you really need to start is a very basic shop knowledge and the wages are competitive 17-18$per hour and a decent amount more if youre experienced fabricator or welder .

Worked for about a month there, or so. And ended up walking out basically due to a supervisor creating a lie against me to get me written up. I have health issues that I deal with and was made out to be a liar. Only work here if you need quick $$.
