AutoZone Auto Parts is a store for parts for almost everything, making it a one stop shop for many customers. The staff is very professional, friendly, and happy to help. They are knowledgeable and make sure customers leave with the correct parts. Employees will come out to a vehicle to look at a problem and sell the exact part needed. They can also install items like batteries. The atmosphere is welcoming and the store is spotless, making it easy to find what you are looking for, with staff right there to assist. While most service is professional and appreciated, sometimes a process can take much longer than expected if an initial mistake is made. On rare occasions, a manager may not be very nice about a delay. However, many employees go above and beyond to fix issues and ensure the job is done correctly.
Came for wipers and Alex gave an extra mile with his customer service. Service was fast.
