“I actually worked here about 10 years ago in their youth room and for their youth summer camps. I kinda miss that job! I decided to start using this gym again because of the convenience and because of the amount of equipment they have. Plus it's so clean and the bath/locker rooms are very nice. I was using Planet Fitness and they were fine, but it's SO loud in there and I feel claustrophobic. The Y is brighter, roomier, I feel cleaner, and it only takes me 5min to get to the Y vs. 15ish to PF. (I live in SSC.) Staff is nice, they always greet me and thank me when I walk out. I rarely use the pool area, but here's a steam room and a sauna. There's classes you can join as well. (I used to do them once upon a time ago. They were great. I assume they still are.) It's a tad pricy, (I pay $50 a month) but you get so much more than just equipment. I'm happy I joined back up.”
