Took all of my money out of this bank and left it open in case of emergencies, etc. I asked if I had an reoccurring charges so I could prevent being charged late fees, they told me no. I then received 3 $30 late fees and now being sent to collections over THEIR late fee charges! Horrible company.

Worse bank I ever had an account they don’t reconcile their accounts every day. Having their app helps you nothing. What you spend stays on the app for weeks at a time . You add money to ensure you don’t over draft it updates in real time when you add to your account and still they don’t audit the account for days . Then when they finally do their job and reconcile it days later they over draft you 30 dollars ...we should overdraft them for sleeping on your account for however many days they want.
