I'm a licensed contractor. Been using Gerkin windows exclusively for over ten years now, I have never had a call back for any issues with their windows. Ever. I'm not a "dealer" or anything like that, but knowing I won't have to go back and fix anything on them is worth a lot in my book.

Had water coming in 2 windows. This was a new townhouse and right away had trouble with these windows. One window was replaced by contractor with same brand. Spoke with customer service at Gerkin and was told warranty was 1 yr. I have only lived here 3 yrs. I will replace these windows but not with Gerkin.

I have 6 failed/cloudy gerkin windows that were installed in 2016.Called them and they told me since I'm not the original buyer they won't cover them under warranty like most window companies that do want to stand by there product.Don't buy from this company, there product is no good and the customer service is the same.
