I came by last Thursday to go through the Express car wash. Paid $14 for the “Ultimate Wash” yet never got the service. The “Drive Forward” light never turned on. I’ve stopped by a couple times to see if there is anyone working there to ask for a refund but I’ve had no luck. Called the number a couple times and there was no answer. Hope I can still get a refund especially since there are surveillance cameras, they can definitely check I was there and paid.

Don’t waste your time or money. The pressure sucks! Extremely low pressure, obviously won’t clean ur car. Used to really enjoy this car wash. Won’t be coming back.

Paid $10 for premium was that lasted like 3 minutes. I do not recommend this car wash if your going for a certain look and quality.

Stopped here on a whim after the new chain carwashes in Sioux City continually let me down. After spending at least twenty-minutes vacuuming my car, I drove up to one of the self-service bays. I thought someone had pulled in without me seeing--nope, someone from the carwash staff was inside washing out the bay for us to use. He even opened the door and motioned for us to come inside. Car wash worked perfectly and the value was great. I highly recommend this car wash. Definitely will be returning.
