Update:I keep receiving bills even though they say they don't service my location and I was never signed up, but they say "it's taken care of this time", again. ?Original:Set up an appointment for a 2 hour install. Nobody shows. Then they call to tell me they can't service my location. I asked why they wouldn't call me before they no showed for a 4 hour block of time (they required someone to be home). Then, I was told I did not have an appointment. Yet I had a 5 minute convo with them about it the night before and have 2 confirmation text messages on my phone about the appointment.Poor customer service and communication!

Just tried calling because of no internet. After pressing 1 for technical support, the recorded message said "the party you have dialed is on the phone, goodbye" and hung up.8/17/2021 - Internet dropped again. Called in and got to a tech reasonably quick, Joel I think. All I got was a name and he asked how he could help. Explained no internet and he did not reply. About 10 seconds of silence and I was 'disconnected. Horrible service continues. If there was a better option in town, I would switch in a heart beat.

I see a lot of negative reviews with longlines, and we much prefer it over sparklight which we thought was just crummy service. We pay $75 a month which is way cheaper than what we were paying sparklight. We have a fast downloads, my kids and my husband can all be streaming movies or playing online games at the same time with no interruptions. We do use our own router I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not, but we think it's good service.

We pay for the 2nd most expensive package since we play a lot of games. Not only is signal spotty, it cuts out frequently. The upload and download speed is incredibly slow even if you’re directly hooked up or connected to the box itself. On top of that, there seems to be outages all the time. The representatives are very polite and professional when you ask for help, but at the end of the day there’s not much they can do to fix the terrible internet quality they offer.

don't get your internet here it is absolutely horrible. I asked them to come help fix my internet since it was freezing a lot, and they came and fiddled with my internet box, and when they left I tested it out and my internet is even worse than it was before. If you need internet service, don't ever come here.

a close family member cancelled my internet back in July and they continued to charge us and send us to claims . They claim because they sent emails it's out fault for not double checking to see if we were still being charged. Note the following, We haven't lived in that apartment for almost a year,and we called and had them cancel the internet. When we called the confront the issues the ladies we talked to were very hostile, unwilling to work out details with us until we pressed back hard on them and reduced us the ability to talk to a manager or someone with higher work experience to get this resorted. They also lied telling us that a manager would call is back the next day. Your guess is as good aa mine as to why he didn't call or if it was just a plain lie.If you need internet , go somewhere else. The business will stiff arm you so that you cannot talk to a manager. Not only that but they lie. When I told them about the year contract for a special pricing. They told me I was lying. Last year if you signed on you got internet for a certain price for a year or odd amount of months then they jackup the pricing so either we were lied to by the sales signs of the gals we were working with are straight up liars. Now we are taking steps to show proof that this isn't out fault and the lack of training on the part of their staff to correctly cancel our internet and get us out of collection for their fault. Wish us luck and I wish you luck so that you don't have to deal with such a poor experience. There needs to be a lot of rehiring before I would recommend anyone back to that place.

Been without internet for 2 days...again. Service rep says there is nothing they can do, the technicians will call me back when they call me back. Ridiculous.

I was told 69.95 plus taxes for internet my bill comes 84.99 plus tax. I call and complain that I was told 69.95. the lady assures me it will be fixed and to just pay the smaller amount. Next bill comes they didn't fix it and added a late payment..... I call back and am told they see the sales lady did say they would fix It but now there not going to. So I got stuck paying 3 months at a higher cost and late fees for doing what they told me because I was told multiple times the price was 69.95.
