“I had a very positive experience working with Corey at the Singing Hills Sioux City branch. I was looking to add a second phone under the same number as my first phone. Corey explained that wasn't possible, but that I could get a smart watch and sync that to my existing phone. He then showed me the different watches available and explained the different features of each so that I could choose the watch that best fit my needs.
Corey was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable.”
“My friend, who is older and hard of hearing, lost her phone and had to replace it. After receiving the new phone, she had some questions about its operation so I took her to the Verizon store on Sergeant Road. Isaiah gave us exceptional service! He was kind, competent, and endlessly patient, and made my friend feel that her concerns were important. We went on a Saturday and got help immediately! We would highly recommend this Verizon store.”
“I have just left the T-mobile store and worked with Jackie - she was the most enjoyable tech I have worked with to date. She was very understanding of the problems that old people have understanding technology. She was patient and walked me thru the process slowly and repeatedly until I got it right.”
“The cricket on Hamilton is quick and convenient although not attentive. The cricket on Floyd will go out of their way for you but usually there is only one worker there.”
“Corey and the manager Stephen went way above and beyond to help me figure out and fix some difficult technicalities that I could of never done.their professionalism, time, consideration and kindness and knowledge was amazing. They jumped thru alot hoops and spent so much time to get results I can't thank them enough, once again thanks guys for resolving these issues that I thought would never happen, great work!!!!!!!!!”
“My husband needed to get a new phone, so we stopped in at this location to buy a new one and get his contacts, etc moved over to the new phone. Lauren was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the features of each phone that was available at their store. We were able to complete the purchase and she got the new phone all up and running before we left the store. ? great customer service today at this location.”

“Tori at the South Sioux Verizon location was wonderful. We were struggling for calls to go through for our business account. We have over 15 lines and our number on 30 service vans. We were about to make a big switch to AT&T because other locations were unhelpful and felt we had no other choice. We swung in, not expecting much, and Tori figured it out. There were other frustrated customers in there too, and she took care of all of us simultaneously. She had such a great personality, we were all laughing and making light of our situations. Tori is good at what she does and she cares. If she's working, you'll have a good experience here.”
