From the people at office locations that called to schedule a delivery, to the driver himself that called me both times I had deliveries, and the driver was outstandingly amazing. It was truly a great experience.

Terrible. Absolutely, terrible. You make the appointment for pick-up first thing in the morning and they call late afternoon (if they call) to say they cannot pick up until the following day. Sometimes they do pick up, other times they don't. Def don't feel as if they care about your business.

Politics aside about masks in buildings, please be better and do your job. I wish I could only do the portions of my job I want to, but I'm and adult. To just leave packages outside for anyone to take and not deliver to a mail room inside the building, where every other carrier delivers, is a garbage policy.

I work downtown and make orders for our office that sometimes gets shipped by SAIA. I have had an ongoing issue with our packages as the driver refuses to enter our building to deliver our packages as "he refuses to wear a mask". That results in our packages being left outside for us to pick-up ourselves, rather than safely placing it in our mail room like the rest of our packages delivered by other companies. I ask myself, "how does SAIA allow a driver to have that type of attitude?" Regardless of the driver's position is on masks, it's unacceptable to leave our packages outside because of the driver's stubbornness.
