My vehicle looked terrible when I left there. The sides didn't get cleaned, the brushes weren't working and there was a line so I wasn't going to go back through. I have a black vehicle so it looked pretty embarrassing leaving there.

I ask them to pre spray , but they justSend me through. So I run it through again. Get a thumbs up , but no bug spray. Frustrating to say the least.
