I got the new chicken crispy rollup, a Cinnabon pull anpart and a large frosty. It was $16. The Cinnabon didn’t even come with icing. It was dry. It was half a cup full. It was gross. I questioned the price on the crispy chicken roll only to be told no that wasn’t for the combo. It was over six dollars just for the chicken roll up. The chicken roll up was good. The rest was not worth the money. That was with one bite out of the Cinnabon pull apart, incredibly overpriced, gross and dry. And for those who care this is now a large frosty. It is maybe 8 ounces

South Sioux Wendy's bathroom and eating area are always clean and the employees are friendly and fast. Food is good too!

Wendy's doesn't have the fastest or most efficient service. However, they do have one of the tastiest burgers in the fast food industry.

Average to good Wendy's. Staff was pleasant and everything was clean. Prices were average for fast food in the area. No complaints. We stopped here for lunch during our roadtrip vacation May 2023.

I went through drive through in ordered the ghost chicken Sandwich with original Sandwich. They gave me a spicy chicken Sandwich made me sick due to the fact I can't have too much spicy food. Tried to call the store for like 2 hours and the phone line was busy.

Chili to go. Used the drive thru. The business itself has needed an upgrade for 20 years. It's a dump located in a dumpy area ( Hamilton Blvd) in SC Iowa. All these other fast food restaurants in town have upgraded their buildings to modern day styles and looks yet Wendy's is the same building with the same look for as long as I can remember. Love their food though. Burgers, chili, salads, and frosty's are always great but the atmosphere has never improved. Come on Wendy's upgrade your restaurants.

Stood at the front counter for just shy of 10 minutes like people behind the grill looked at us and said absolutely nothing and then finally somebody showed up at almost 10 minutes to take our order was just about ready to walk

Wendy's on Hamilton Boulevard whenever I go there if I go through the drive up the employees that are on the drive up have always been so kind patient and understanding because I'm a senior and I'm a little slower don't understand everything and they help me understand and go from there but I'm sure they're being pushed like a dog inside to get me moving but they have pleasant voices and everything is positive about that person as far as the rest of stuff I gave fours on it's just cuz I don't go in very often because it's like you just don't feel Pleasant but the food it's good except every time I can't have pickles and certain things on my sandwich because of my kidneys it's like a hassle to them because I got to make a special order and I'm not supposed to have salt on my French fries and oh boy don't say that the manager and Cooks I go out the window but otherwise the drive-up window employees are very pleasant and yeah I do enjoy the food but I wish I could have it my way but with my third stage kidney disease got to go with what I

Waited in the pickup lane for 20 minutes. Had a $20 order we were unable to wait for so had to leave. Worst Wendy’s we’ve ever been to. We weren’t really expecting much but they were unable to deliver. Sad really.

I placed a mobile order and chose the drive-thru option to pick it up for its convenience, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. Unexpectedly, when I reached the drive-thru window, the staff informed me that my order was actually ready at the front desk, just a few feet away. I had to turn around, park my car, and walk inside to the front desk to grab my order. I have never encountered any issues with the morning staff, even when there was only one person working. However, the night shift seemed disorganized. Overall, this situation was inconvenient, frustrating and disrupted my plans.
