Super nice customer service, they did their best to get our 2018 Winnebago view a better hitch and when they found it was not in stock, they helped direct us to the nearest other Napa store. Super great people, we are traveling cross country from Florida and I definitely recommend stopping by if you need anything. Much friendlier than south Florida.
