Good dealership. Travis was very helpful and professional. We did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Purchase process went very smoothly and we were given a more than fair price for our trade in. We purchased a Honda Element and our mechanic just serviced it and said it was in great shape! We would purchase from Sarpy County Motors again.

they have a very nice selection of vintage cars if you like used cars from the 2000's and up. I am very satisfied with how the car buying process is with Sarpy County Motors. I was made comfortable because I felt the goodwill and trustworthiness throughout interactions with members of their team.i bought a honda accord hybrid 2005 which had a limited production run. its very hard to find one of these cars if your only interested in this model. and this particular one is a gem.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Traded in two vehicles for two terrible vehicles with major issues, unbeknownst to us. The first one, the air conditioner went out within a month, major oil leak, among other things. Luckily, a hail storm came through and insurance paid off the loan. The second vehicle, lasted only 8 months before major engine issues. Cracked block that they seemingly just placed a bandaid over to get the car sold. Haven't been able to drive the vehicle in over a year because we can't afford a new engine, and still owe $15k on the loan. Definitely took advantage of us during a used vehicle shortage. Bad business.

My dad bought a Nissan truck yesterday. Can't remember the salesmans name, I think it was Parker, he was wonderful with my dad. No rushing or empty promises. Took his time, answered questions, even got on his knees and checked under side for rust!! Thank you for all you do!! Today my dad is very, very happy with his truck purchase!! We will definitely return when wanting to purchase a vehicle.

I’ve bought a few cars in my days and they were by far the easiest to work with. Went in and test drove the car and there were no hassles or pushy sales people. Went back the next day and left a deposit. Went back a few days later to finish paying for it and was in and out super quick!! Great experience!!

My 17 year old daughter saved for two years and purchased a vehicle from this "dealer" who sold her a lemon that was broke down before she even had the title. Now they want her to pay them MORE money to repair a vehicle that was in poor repair when they sold it to her. This is a sham business made to take advantage of low income folks. Do not purchase here.Edit: tried to blackmail us into using their mechanic for repairs AND taking our review down by saying they'd pay for the repairs. Tried to tell us they could get a repair which parts cost upwards of $600 done for just $800 total and wouldn't put even $1 toward the repair despite admitting they knew of the issue before we purchased the vehicle over the phone.Awfully bold to assume anyone would use a mechanic who is not ase certified, that didn't repair the issue to begin with, over one who is ASE certified.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Sarpy County Motors. First a 2010 Ford Mustang in August 2022, and I was happy enough with their service that I then purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in January 2023. When you arrive on the lot, they will greet you, ask if you have any questions, and then offer you the keys right there for a test drive. 0 pressure, no sales pitch, no signing 3 forms and signing up for a newsletter just to take a test drive where the salesman goes with you - none of that. If you want it they say great and you walk on in and start hashing out the price details. Both of my purchases were because their vehicles were priced slightly below what everyone else was asking, and they provide a FREE carfax right on their website for every vehicle so I knew nothing fishy was going on. They aren't trying to upcharge, upsell, or nickel and dime you during a time where many dealerships are charging a "market adjustment" fee just to capitalize on the current market. My Mustang has been rock solid, but there was an issue we had all missed when it came to the jeep and required repairs. I communicated this to the dealer and they stood up and did the right thing and took care of a situation that a repair shop wanted to charge me over $1500 for. I'm super impressed by these guys and will certainly be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.

We have purchased a few cars from Sarpy County Motors over the last 8 years or so. They are amazing to work with. They are easy to work with. They are forthcoming with all aspects of purchase. When we bought our Edge it had a minor scratch on the tail gate. They noticed it and fixed it prior to us picking it up. This is an amazing place to purchase a car.
