My first time trying to enter was confusing, after several attempts I had to pull out of the way to let someone else enter. The keypad for exiting was even worse, I had to get out of my vehicle to even see the led screen.”

“We moved our belongings into the unit in September 2015 before relocating to Minnesota. Since then, we’ve only returned once to check on the unit, and everything remained exactly as we left it five years earlier. Now, as we approach the 10-year mark, we’ve experienced several changes—including price increases, staff transitions, updates to insurance policies, changes to locks and padlocks, and even weather-related concerns such as blizzards, tornadoes, and flooding.
Throughout all of these events, communication has consistently been clear, professional, and compassionate. Most recently, Ryan has been especially patient and helpful, which we truly appreciate. His support has made it easier to continue maintaining the unit—something we originally intended to use for just a few months, six at most. Yet here we are, nearing a decade in September.”

“This is a wonderful place to purchase gently used boxes that are also in great condition. They sell new ones as well, but this place is, by far, the best place to purchase moving boxes from. They are always kind and polite, and as someone who helps people pack and unpack, I know quality when I see it. Highly recommend this company. You can recycle gently used boxes here too and keep them out of a landfill!”

“Dropped 26-ft U-Haul off at Armour around 2:00 pm Saturday and about 75 miles after calling Andres at 86th & L location and he checked with scheduling to OK the drop. He said to just drop the key in the box, but didn't remind me to refill the gas to 3/8 full. Forgot to fill the gas tank. Remembered after I already dropped the key in the box, so couldn't go fill it.”
