Always friendly and fast service. The drive here is pleasurable and slower paced than the rat race of Omaha. Thank you to all the hardworking federal employees!

I was supposed to be getting a package delivered today. I got tracking added to it and knew I would need to sign for it. I left my name and number at my front door so that I could get some work done around the house. I would assume that the mail carrier would call me to sign for it. They did not even approach my door to knock. They left the pink notice in the mailbox and failed to see the number to call me. I needed that package for an important meeting today and will have to wait until tomorrow to sign for it and pick it up. Very frustrating.

Have had numerous piece of mail containing charge cards, bills, etc. sent back with NO notice to me. Moronic claim that mail must have PO box # on it even though PO boxes show both street address AND PO Box #. Have had some address and PO box for OVER 37 YEARS. Outright tampering with the mail no matter how many times I remind the we are the recipients not the sender.

There has recently been a change in front desk staff and unfortunately the customer service has gone away as well. I wasn't going to leave a review, but this is now the second time that I/ my employees, have had a hard time trying to do ship items at this location. I will no longer use this location for my package shipping. But I will be using the post office near my home 25 miles away. They are more than willing to help and always have a can do attitude.

It's a friendly place and it's nice to have a post office in town. However, I do have one complaint and that's the outside mailbox. The box used to be on the corner of the building next to the pole there. It was easy to put your mail in that mailbox but where it is now is a disaster. I almost ruined my car two years ago because when you use the driveway on the north side then turn left toward the mail box. The driveway is uneven and when it snows you cannot see where the drive drops off. I was lucky I didn't damage my car. I would suggest moving the mailbox back to its former position at the south end of the building by the pole. God bless.

They have lost our mail multiple times and certified mail has gone missing before. They leave those notes that they'll redeliver and don't even have it filled out. I miss the mail service when I used to live in Omaha because it's horrible here.
