The units are extremely clean, spotless, and spacious, equipped with everything needed for a stay. The accommodation provides a living room with TV, couch, and recliner, a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, and a nice bathroom with a clean, spacious shower. It has enough room for a small family and functions perfectly as a vacation apartment or a furnished apartment for work travel. The check-in process is effortless and easy, utilizing a self-service system with an access code provided prior to arrival. The host is extremely easy to work with and fantastic to speak with. Located in a very small, walkable village, it is just a short walk from the grocery store and gas station, with plenty of parking available. Guests highly recommend Hiland House, noting it is a hidden gem that beats any hotel, providing a comfortable stay for a great rate. Visitors would definitely stay there again.

    Place is so homey and well equipped. Felt like walking into a furnished spotless apartment. Sandra is fantastic to speak with. Wish she owned more. You will not be disappointed.

    We were looking for a place to stay late in the day and ran across the Hiland House. For a self-service hotel in a very small town, we were very pleased with the room and the rate. We would definitely stay here again.

    Visiting Springview NE? This is the place to stay. My family has stayed here several times over the years while visiting my grandmother. Convenient one bedroom efficiency space with a mini kitchen that could sleep about five.
